This page helps California residents (and others with similar rights) opt out of the "sale" or "share" of personal information as those terms are used under the CCPA/CPRA—especially sharing related to cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.
What "sell" and "share" mean here
SRM Articles uses Google AdSense and may use related advertising technologies. When advertising partners receive identifiers and browsing activity to show ads across different websites or apps, that can be "sharing" under CPRA even when we are not paid specifically for your data file.
How to opt out on this site
- Click Reject on the cookie banner, or open Cookie settings and turn Advertising off, then Save.
- Use the button below to set an advertising opt-out preference in this browser immediately.
- Optionally adjust Google's ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our cookie script treats it as an opt-out of advertising sale/sharing for that browser when detected.
What this does not do
Opting out does not delete all cookies automatically, stop all ads in every context, or delete emails you already sent us. For deletion of contact records we hold, email info@srmarticles.com.
Authorized agents
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may need to verify both the agent's authority and your identity before completing certain account-style requests. Browser cookie opt-outs can be performed directly without an agent.
